As a lifelong athlete with 14 years as a competitive swimmer—triathlete, runner, and golfer—I bring both personal and professional insight to my work as a physiotherapist.
My journey includes earning a Kinesiology degree from Lake Superior State University in Michigan, where I had the privilege of working with NCAA athletes across various sports. Throughout my undergraduate years, I also served as a certified personal trainer, working with clients and cultivating a deep commitment to helping people achieve their goals. I later graduated from the Master of Physical Therapy Program at UBC in the fall of 2024. My true passion lies in golf, where I aspire to transform training by integrating the latest research in performance and injury prevention to develop individualized plans for each golfer. With lifelong connections in the golfing community and my current role at Shaughnessy Golf & Country Club in Vancouver,
I am dedicated to bringing a fresh, informed approach to injury rehabilitation and athletic development, grounded in a genuine understanding of the highs and lows that come with sports and recovery. In my practice, I work to create a supportive, team-centered environment where patients feel both relaxed and motivated to reach their milestones. Whether I’m working with athletes or anyone pursuing better physical health, I am here to empower each client on their journey to success.
